The Product Designer will own the design of core user journeys and collaborate with engineering and product teams to implement new features. They will also help clarify complex user experiences and maintain a modern visual language.
Responsibilities
- Own the design of core user journeys across the product
- Collaborate with engineering and product to implement new features and refine existing ones
- Create and maintain a clean, modern visual language
- Work closely with the Head of Design to articulate and evolve Mercor's design philosophy & culture
- Help tutorialize the product experience
Requirements
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates both visual polish and UX depth
- Passion for building products that are intuitive, beautiful, and a joy to use
- 4-8+ years in product design, ideally at fast-moving startups or high-bar product teams
- Experience working closely with engineers and understanding implementation constraints
- Proven ability to operate autonomously
