You will define product needs based on user insights and create design concepts that optimize user experiences. Additionally, you will collaborate with various teams to deliver product design results and mentor other designers.
Responsibilities
- Interact with Engineering and perform QAs to ensure quality while showing the ability to challenge design limitations
- Produce visual designs and mentor others on their creation
- Create wireframes, journey maps, and other elements to support interaction design
- Communicate with cross-disciplinary teams across all stages of design and development
- Embody our culture and values
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 2+ years experience working in product or service design
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 3+ years experience working in product or service design
- OR equivalent experience
