Lead Product Designer

Revolut is looking for a Lead Product Designer to drive the evolution of their Design Systems and Core Platform teams, focusing on creating great products and redefining success. The ideal candidate will have a technical edge and experience in designing and leading design systems or platform teams.

Responsibilities

• Leading cross-platform initiatives and growing the Design Systems team
• Defining the vision for internal products and scaling them for commercialisation
• Owning the strategy and direction of Revolut’s Unified Design System
• Partnering with Engineering, Product, and Brand to deliver system-wide improvements
• Defining platform-wide design principles and tools that support product teams

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience designing and leading design systems or platform teams
• Proven success evolving a design system beyond maintenance
• Experience managing and mentoring designers while remaining hands-on
• Expertise with Figma and a passion for creating functional, beautiful design solutions
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional teams
