Senior Product Designer

TurboTax Assisted is seeking a Senior Product Designer to create experiences that help Tax Pros deliver service with confidence and ease. The designer will apply strategic thinking, masterful storytelling, and facilitative leadership to drive user-centered design processes.

Responsibilities

• Apply strategic thinking to design and deliver innovative end-to-end user experiences that optimize among user needs, business goals, and technological realities across web & mobile platforms
• Masterful storyteller, able to influence a broad audience by visualizing ideas and concepts for internal leaders, partners and customers
• Bring a bold vision and design strategy to life across multiple areas in the ecosystem
• Deliver User Experience visions, specifications, wireframes and prototypes
• Use facilitative leadership skills to drive the best outcome for multiple stakeholders across a matrices organization

Requirements

• Four-year degree in Human-Computer Interaction, graphic design, or other relevant field or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of interface design experience in delivering high-volume, high-profile or award-winning products, across multiple platforms
• Expert knowledge and experience with driving and applying user-centered design processes while working collaboratively with customers, along with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, and user research
