Restaurant365 is seeking a Product Designer to create intuitive, user-centric solutions for the restaurant industry. The designer will lead design efforts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the company's design system.
Responsibilities
- Design Impactful Experiences: Lead design efforts on small to medium-sized projects, creating thoughtful visual design, interaction design, and high-fidelity prototypes that enhance the user journey
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to bring your designs to life, ensuring alignment with product goals and business objectives
- Participate in Design Reviews: Present your work to team members and stakeholders, incorporating feedback to iterate and improve designs, always with an eye toward the user’s needs
- Contribute to User-Centered Solutions: Utilize user research, feedback, and data analysis to ensure your designs solve real pain points and elevate the overall product experience
- Enhance Design Consistency: Maintain and contribute to Restaurant365’s design system to ensure cohesive user experiences across all platform components
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in product design, UX/UI, or a related field
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates problem-solving and user-focused design skills
- Keen interest in creating intuitive, user-friendly designs that tackle complex problems with creativity and precision
- Strong expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
