Staff and Senior Product Designer (Multiple Roles, Multiple Teams)

Wealthsimple is seeking a Staff Product Designer or Senior Product Designer to help define the future of personal finance in Canada, designing thoughtful and high-impact product experiences for clients.

Responsibilities

• Design high-impact product experiences that empower clients to make smarter financial decisions
• Partner closely with product, engineering, content, and research teams throughout the product development process
• Own the full design stack, from early discovery and prototyping to high-fidelity visuals and micro-interactions
• Conduct research and use data to understand client needs and inform design decisions
• Help evolve the design system and scale the product with consistency, craft, and intention

Requirements

• Experience designing for consumer-facing mobile apps
• Strong UX and visual design skills
• A user-first mindset and a strong product sense
• A collaborative approach and clear communication style
• Experience working closely with product and engineering teams
