Tangerine is looking for an experienced Lead Product Designer to join their innovative and collaborative design team.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of designers, setting clear goals, providing guidance, and ensuring the team's effectiveness and efficiency
- Contribute to strategic planning by conducting user studies, identifying client and business needs, and aligning the UX strategy with business objectives
- Provide design direction and ensure a consistent experience across all touchpoints
Requirements
- 7+ years of product design experience, including 2+ years leading high-performing teams
- Positivity and energy to lead and inspire a high-performing team
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proven experience as a User Experience leader with a strong track record and a portfolio of successful projects
