Create engaging designs for social media ads and digital campaigns while collaborating with the design team. Participate in project meetings and contribute to building Sleeper's brand through visuals and storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging design for social media ads, web and digital campaigns following brand guidelines and creative direction
- Collaborate with design team to create static and animated product assets including icons, modal graphics and tutorial videos
- Participate in project meetings and brainstorming sessions to create new designs and receive feedback from more senior designers
- Participate in building Sleeper's brand through visuals and storytelling
- Be part of a small but mighty design team pushing the boundaries of innovation
Requirements
- A graduation date of Summer 2026 or earlier; or graduates with some entry-level experience
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates your passion and design skills
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and/ or some experience in After Effects)
- Knowledge of design principles and social media design best practices
- Good communication skills and a proactive team player
