Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will create high-quality visual materials to support fundraising initiatives and collaborate with various teams to enhance donor experiences. Responsibilities include designing proposals, presentation decks, and maintaining the UT brand across all creative outputs.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver high-quality, engaging materials
- Collaborate with the Transformational Gifts team to develop solutions that inspire donors to invest in UT
- Partner with design and marketing team members on campaign initiatives
- Create and maintain proposal and presentation templates
- Preflight/prep print files and coordinate production with printers, including press checks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field
- Ability to design and produce high-quality work with a strong sense of concept development, superior design, technical and editing skills, and up-to-date knowledge of industry trends
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in layout design and visual storytelling
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word)
