As a UX Designer, you will conduct user research and usability testing to inform design strategies. You will collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and create wireframes and prototypes that enhance user experience.
Responsibilities
- Champion user needs: Conduct research, define personas, and advocate for people-centric design that aligns with business goals
- Refine and clarify requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to uncover real problems and translate them into actionable design solutions
- Design with purpose: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that are both functional and visually engaging
- Communicate effectively: Present design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, and lead conversations that drive clarity
- Work independently: Take ownership of your work, manage your time effectively, and thrive in environments where not everything is defined
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with developers, product managers, and other designers to ensure seamless implementation and continuous improvement
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in agile environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to simplify complex workflows
- Excellent communication skills and strong proficiency in English
- Experience working directly with clients or embedded in client teams
- Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive mindset
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
