Lead Product Designer - Credit Compass

The Lead Product Designer will set the design and product direction for Credit Compass, focusing on how small businesses understand and improve their financial health. They will lead end-to-end design processes, ensuring solutions deliver measurable impact and drive user engagement.
Responsibilities
- Setting the design and product direction for Credit Compass and new ventures
- Leading end-to-end design across discovery, strategy, and delivery
- Turning complex data into actionable insight
- Driving customer-centric decisions through research excellence
- Elevating design quality and maturity across the team
- Delivering products that earn trust and become indispensable
Requirements
- 7+ years of product design experience, including ownership of complex, data-driven products
- A portfolio demonstrating excellent interaction design and strong visual skills across shipped products
- Proven ability to lead discovery and strategy - framing problems, running research, synthesising insights
- Experience designing data-rich dashboards or tools where clarity and actionability are critical
- Strong information architecture and data visualisation capabilities
- A track record of shaping product direction, not just designing features
