The UX Designer will focus on app design, ensuring consistency and scalability while creating and maintaining a complete Design System. They will also ensure accessibility for various conditions and contribute strategically, potentially taking on a leadership role.
Responsibilities
- Create easy-to-use productivity experiences for healthcare providers
- Develop and maintain design systems
- Ensure acessibility for different conditions
- Produce documentation for the team
- Contribute to strategic vision and potentially assume leadership role
Requirements
- Experience with design systems, creation of components and tokens
- Acessibility experience and ability to demonstrate in portfolio
- Familiarity with design tools and methodologies
- Experience with leadership is desirable
