The Middle UI/UX Designer will design user flows for the web with a focus on conversion uplift and prepare A/B test design solutions. They will own the end-to-end design lifecycle and collaborate closely with PMs, engineers, and analysts.
Responsibilities
- Designing user flows for the web with a clear focus on conversion uplift
- Preparing A/B test design solutions
- Owning the end-to-end design lifecycle
- Collaborating closely with PM, engineers, and analysts
- Making data-informed decisions via user research
Requirements
- 2+ years of commercial experience as a Product or UI/UX Designer
- Proficiency in Figma
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and interaction design fundamentals
- Ability to work with data and insights
- Ability to work with graphics
