As a Product Designer, you will design intuitive workflows for a fintech platform and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centered experiences. Your work will directly influence product-led growth by improving user activation, adoption, and success.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of meaningful product areas, designing intuitive, trustworthy, and efficient workflows that sit at the core of our fintech platform
- Collaborate closely with other designers in your product area to ensure clarity, consistency, and craft across the platform
- Work daily with Product Managers, Engineers, User Researchers, Content Designers, and key business stakeholders to uncover problems, define solutions, and deliver user-centered experiences that support complex financial workflows
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 2 to 5 years of product or UX design experience and a strong portfolio showcasing your craft, process, and impact across product flows
- Experience designing for complex or data-heavy workflows; fintech experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to influence product-led growth outcomes, including activation, onboarding, conversion, or retention
- Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system
Key Skills
- High proficiency in Figma and familiarity with common research and testing methods
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve workflows, enhance decision-making, or drive innovation
