Senior UX Designer - B2B (Contract)

Lead discovery for a B2B Enterprise initiative, delivering high-quality solutions for self-service users and internal teams. Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and create intuitive user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery for a B2B Enterprise initiative - a platform insurance carriers use to grow their business
• Use your exceptional interpersonal skills to develop strong working relationships with both your core agile team and business stakeholders
• Make evidence-based design decisions
• Conduct exploratory user research and usability testing to understand and validate ideas
• Ideate through sketching, mock-ups, storyboards & prototypes - delivering high-fidelity designs for our Enterprise experience
• Co-create with Design, Product, Engineering, Analytics and business teams across all stages of the product development lifecycle

Requirements

• 5 - 8 years experience designing digital user experiences (Weighted towards B2B, internal tools & complex system design)
• Education in Graphic Design, Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Business or related disciplines
• Solid experience designing across the product development lifecycle, from 0 to 1
• Expert Figma proficiency
• Expert in conducting user research, especially user interviewing and usability testing
• Experienced in creating, maintaining and scaling information architectures and navigation systems
