The UX Researcher will be responsible for end-to-end product validation, facilitating Design Sprints, prototyping solutions, and using statistical methods to prioritize features. They will act as a bridge between user needs, business strategy, and development teams to ensure high-value products are built.
Responsibilities
- Planning and executing Design Sprints to uncover needs and identify solutions
- Facilitating workshops to identify deep user pain points and unmet needs
- Conducting iterative testing on prototypes to validate ideas before development begins
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience within product teams
- Degree in Statistics, Marketing or a related field
- Proficiency in Figma, or similar tools to create testable artifacts
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, SciPy), R or SPSS
