Medbridge is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to join their product design team, working on software solutions for healthcare providers, with a focus on collaborative environment and strong sense of ownership.
Responsibilities
- Owning projects from start to finish, from discovery and definition through design and delivery
- Conducting user research and usability studies to gather insights that translate into thoughtful UX flows and polished UI designs
- Collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align on goals, timelines, and constraints
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design or a related field
- Strong portfolio demonstrating deep knowledge of UX design principles, UX research methodologies, prototyping, and end-to-end ownership
- Sharp eye for UI craft, with a strong sense of visual hierarchy, layout, and interaction patterns
- High organization and meticulous attention to detail across all stages of work
