Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer supports sales professionals and marketing partners in creating various marketing deliverables. Responsibilities include reviewing project briefs, managing marketing assets, and ensuring high-quality production design outputs.

Responsibilities

• Review project briefs to understand objectives, requirements, schedules, and follow up for clarifications
• Source, update, and manage marketing assets to ensure accuracy and completeness of deliverables
• Work within templates and design files to emphasize key messages, adhere to brand standards, and finalize outputs
• Maintain communication with coordinators and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring deadlines are met
• Conduct quality checks and apply best practices in file management and production design

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Graphic Arts, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
• 1–2+ years of production design experience with strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills, detail orientation, and organizational ability
• Experience in graphics, marketing, or production environments; commercial real estate background is a plus
