The UX Designer II defines customer interactions and executes part of the design strategy for products. They work collaboratively with research to understand customer needs and propose creative solutions to design challenges.
Responsibilities
- Define user experience concepts and components for products
- Work with UX Researcher to understand user needs
- Collaborate on usability testing and deliver established UCD solutions
- Proactively use data to establish key metrics for projects
- Identify gaps where data is needed and test design work with users
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience
- Understanding of design strategy and customer needs
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with research and technology teams
Key Skills
- Design software (Axure, Sketch, Invsion)
- Tech stack knowledge
- Designing for different platforms
- Communication and collaboration skills
