Staff Product Designer, Insight

As a designer on the Insights design team, you will create easy-to-use productivity experiences for healthcare business partners, simplifying complex data-rich workflows. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional team members and help elevate raw information to insights that support key business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Create and deliver high-quality, polished, and intuitive UI/UX designs
- Conduct user research, develop insights through journey mapping, UX workflow analysis, and testing
- Develop design briefs and PRDs framing product opportunities and translating them into actionable projects
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in end-to-end product design
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in product design, industrial design, architecture, human-computer-interaction, or other related fields
- Strong portfolio showcasing research-driven UX design, exceptional visual design and problem solving abilities
