The UX Designer will lead the design process from concept to implementation, ensuring user needs are represented throughout. They will conduct user research, create wireframes and prototypes, and collaborate with product managers and engineers.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design process from concept to implementation, leveraging user-centered design principles and best practices
- Act as the voice of the user within the balanced team, ensuring that user needs and perspectives are represented in all stages of the design process
- Conduct user research and interviews, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and validate concepts
Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) designing user interfaces for complex software applications, preferably in a B2B environment
- Experience using AI-driven UX tools to speed design ideation phases and focus time on qualitative user research
- Strong portfolio showcasing design process, problem-solving skills, and ability to deliver innovative and user-centric designs
