SENIOR PRODUCT DESIGNER (F/H)

The Senior Product Designer will contribute to the production of web and mobile customer journeys for SNCF Connect, ensuring the expression of experiential principles. Responsibilities include exploring user needs, ideation and design, strategy contribution, evaluation, and optimization of user interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Exploration: capturing needs and opportunities based on usage, business, or technical data
• Cadrage: collecting and analyzing needs expressed by project stakeholders, accompanying them in defining coherent and ambitious solutions
• Ideation & Conception: ensuring the coherence of the proposed experience across different channels, producing high-quality journeys
• Stratégie: contributing to reporting and strategy under the guidance of a Lead Product Designer
• Évaluation: identifying and accompanying the execution of evaluative studies, producing prototypes, and drawing lessons

Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in the design field
• Mastery of all phases of design leading to a high-quality experiential product
• Advanced mastery of design and prototyping tools (Figma, Protopie, Rive)
• Strong sensitivity to the use of creation tools related to AI (Figma Make, Lovable, vibe coding)
• Excellent understanding of UX principles, information architecture, ergonomics, and accessibility
