The UX Designer will work on multiple products in cross-functional teams, defining user flows and conducting user research. They will also manage stakeholder requirements and facilitate workshops to align on business perspectives.
Responsibilities
- Work on multiple products in cross-functional teams with designers, developers and product managers
- Define user flows in the form of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Conduct user research to understand the needs and challenges to make informed design decisions
- Organise user testing sessions to validate designs and gather valuable insights
- Contribute to and make use of our evolving design system to ensure consistency and scalability across products
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a UI UX designer
- Experience in building digital products with end-to-end delivery involvement
- Good communication skills to justify design rationale to stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively with engineers, business analysts and product owner
- Strong design skills and proficiency in Figma, Maze, Dovetail and other design tools
