Senior Product Designer - Localization (Bangkok - Based, Relocation Provided)

The Senior Product Designer will take full ownership of the design process from discovery to delivery, ensuring high-quality execution. They will partner with product managers to shape product vision and roadmap while managing stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop design solutions that address both business objectives and customer needs
• Manage and communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and on-time delivery of features
• Test prototypes and hypotheses with users to gather actionable feedback
• Present your work to peers and leadership, both asynchronously and in person
• Participate in weekly design critiques, workshops, all-hands, and team meetings
• Document your design process and clearly articulate your decisions
• Champion cohesion and consistency in UX design across our expanding suite of products and features
• Bring a strategic vision to implementing experiences that balance customer needs with business, content, and technology

Requirements

• 6+ years of full-time experience as a product designer for digital or web-based products
• In-house experience highly preferred
• Create visually stunning, intuitive, and delightful interfaces, and independently deliver pixel-perfect UI and seamless interactions
• Proficient in both quantitative and qualitative research, with hands-on experience running user interviews, synthesizing findings, and generating actionable insights to inform design decisions
• Take full ownership of the design process for a dedicated scrum, from discovery to delivery
• Partner with Product managers to shape product vision and roadmap
• Has experience of managing multiple stakeholders within an agile development process
• Strong communicator who can articulate design rationale, influence stakeholders, and build trust across disciplines
• A strong portfolio of work that demonstrates your design thinking, process, and solutions showcasing beautiful, user-centered web and mobile product design
