Senior Product Designer - Localization (Bangkok - Based, Relocation Provided)

Agoda is looking for a product designer with 6+ years of experience to create visually stunning, intuitive, and delightful interfaces, and independently deliver pixel-perfect UI and seamless interactions.
Responsibilities
- Create visually stunning, intuitive, and delightful interfaces, and independently deliver pixel-perfect UI and seamless interactions
- Take full ownership of the design process for a dedicated scrum, from discovery to delivery
- Partner with Product managers to shape product vision and roadmap
- Develop design solutions that address both business objectives and customer needs
- Manage and communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and on-time delivery of features
- Test prototypes and hypotheses with users to gather actionable feedback
- Present your work to peers and leadership, both asynchronously and in person
Requirements
- 6+ years of full-time experience as a product designer for digital or web-based products
- In-house experience highly preferred
- Proficient in both quantitative and qualitative research, with hands-on experience running user interviews, synthesizing findings, and generating actionable insights to inform design decisions
- Intermediate to advanced Japanese language skills, including ability to read Japanese
- Previous experience working for an Online Travel Agency
- Experience conducting research within the Japan market with an understanding of the cultural nuances, and ability to analyze user insights that lead to product decisions
Key Skills
- Proficient in both quantitative and qualitative research
