As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will develop visual concepts for games and mentor junior designers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality visual communications and manage multiple projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop visual concepts for games, including game icons, partly game interfaces, and other assets
- Mentor and manage junior and middle graphic designers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and UX/UI
- Handle multiple projects at various stages of production, meeting tight deadlines and balancing priorities
- Generate fresh ideas, develop creative solutions, and drive continuous improvements
Requirements
- Excellent portfolio
- Mastery of design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion graphics
- At least 5+ years experience in graphic design, preferably in iGaming or gaming
- Leadership experience
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles
