The Graphic Designer will create visually stunning marketing materials and ensure a cohesive website experience through UX/UI design. They will also source and create branded videos and photos, enhancing VGV's brand awareness.
Responsibilities
- Create visually stunning, on-brand marketing materials, including one-pagers, case studies, social media collateral, emails, and website content
- Ensure a cohesive, immersive website experience through UX/UI-designed layouts and customer journeys
- Source, create, edit, and direct beautifully branded videos and photos for VGV’s website, social channels, events, and more
- Drive and enhance VGV’s brand awareness and market position by crafting and designing compelling visuals that align with integrated brand messaging, content, and marketing strategies
- Partner with content writers and copywriters to provide high-level creative direction, feedback, edits, and updates to all visual and marketing collateral
- Partner with marketing leadership to oversee and collaborate with creative vendors, including external agencies, freelancers, stock photography and video sites, and events and swag vendors
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in graphic and visual design, with experience in UX/UI, photography, videography, and creative direction
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear and concise integrated brand messaging across various media and owned platforms
- Proven ability to develop beautiful and highly branded visual content and collateral that aligns with VGV’s marketing and company strategies
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate, partner, and influence across marketing verticals, company departments, and third-party agencies and vendors
