The Junior Motion Graphics Designer will assist in creating high-quality motion graphics and animations for various media. They will collaborate with the creative team to bring innovative ideas to life and ensure project objectives are met.
Responsibilities
- Assist in creating high-quality motion graphics and animations for a variety of media including web, television, and social media
- Support the development of storyboards and design concept sketches
- Work closely with the creative team to bring innovative ideas to life, ensuring alignment with project objectives and brand guidelines
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and production to ensure cohesive delivery of final projects
- Assist in managing project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Maintain organized project files and documentation for easy access and updates
- Receive and incorporate feedback from Senior Motion Graphics Designers and clients to improve design and animation work
- Assist in editing and refining motion graphics projects to enhance their visual appeal and effectiveness
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in motion graphics and animation to bring fresh ideas to the team
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in motion graphics design or related field (internships and freelance work considered)
- Proficiency in design and animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop
- A strong portfolio showcasing digital animation and motion design skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and a collaborative spirit
