Responsibilities
- Own and define product design needs for a set of experiences, integrating user insights and business requirements
- Generate innovative ideation solutions, leveraging diverse perspectives to articulate user wants and corresponding solutions
- Rapidly prototype new products and features, presenting to teams and customers to gather feedback and refine user experiences
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams, providing detailed design guidance and conducting QAs to ensure precise implementation
- Craft essential design artifacts, including wireframes, journey maps, user jobs, scenarios, task flows, and personas
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in product or service design
- A strong portfolio clearly demonstrating product design work, systems thinking, and proficiency in modern design tools
- Proven ability to think critically and apply systems thinking to complex design challenges
