The company is seeking a UI/UX Systems Designer to guide the creation of a scalable design system and elevate the overall user experience across their SaaS platform.
Responsibilities
- Assess the current UI/UX across the product and identify opportunities for improvement
- Define the visual language, design patterns, and component standards for the design system
- Supervise the creation and evolution of the design system
- Document UI/UX guidelines and best practices
- Use rapid prototyping tools to quickly validate ideas and speed up design-to-dev alignment
- Partner closely with Product Managers to understand user needs, validate problems, and shape design solutions
- Collaborate with Engineers to ensure design intent is maintained through implementation
- Lead iterative design reviews, gather feedback, and refine designs quickly
