Smartmat is seeking a Product Designer to join its IT team, focusing on improving digital products and user experiences, and collaborating with the marketing team and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Onderzoeken van gebruikersbehoeften via interviews, data-analyse en A/B-testen
- Ontwikkelen van wireframes, prototypes en high-fidelity designs voor onze website en app
- Verder uitbouwen en onderhouden van de Figma component libraries als onderdeel van ons groeiende design systeem
- Samenwerken met developers om designs technisch haalbaar te maken
Requirements
- Minimaal 2 à 3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol
- Een mooi portfolio met focus op gebruiksvriendelijke designs
- Figma kent geen geheimen
- Kennis van Affinity, Canva en Adobe Creative Suite zijn een plus
- Ervaring met user research en usability testing & bijhorende tools
