The UX Designer will conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions for a claims management platform. They will create wireframes and prototypes, ensuring designs meet accessibility standards and align with user needs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct interviews, surveys, and usability testing with claims professionals and end-users
- Analyse workflows and pain points in the claims lifecycle to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile interfaces
Requirements
- Bachelorās degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in insurance, fintech, or enterprise platforms
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
