Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will lead the development, execution, and delivery of digital products and experiences, ensuring alignment with business goals and tracking improvements in user engagement. They will collaborate with various teams to uphold brand consistency and create a cohesive customer journey.

Responsibilities

• Own the design direction for key product areas, ensuring alignment with business goals and tracking measurable improvements in user engagement and business metrics.
• Champion a fast, iterative design process, rapidly prototyping and testing ideas to quickly bring value to customers while continuously refining the product based on data and feedback.
• Maintain and evolve our design system and design library to ensure consistency across the product and brand while driving design innovation.
• Collaborate with the user research and data teams to identify user issues, conduct usability testing, and ensure that design solutions are rooted in real user needs.

Requirements

• 6+ years professional design experience, with a strong preference for experience in an e-commerce or digital product environment.
• Experience working independently to explore solutions from concepts to execution.
• Strong cross-collaboration skills and capabilities.
• Proven ability to lead by influence with finely honed attention to detail.

• An eye for high-quality, well-crafted visual and interaction design, and a passion for UI details and UX best practices.
• Strong conceptual thinking, product strategy, and data insights to solve complex business challenges.
