The UX Designer will be responsible for designing various artifacts in coordination with team members and stakeholders, focusing on user satisfaction while considering business and technology needs. They will ensure that user needs are met without overlooking the constraints expressed by business and technology areas.
Responsibilities
- Se encargará de diseñar a través de diferentes artefactos y en coordinación con los miembros del equipo y stakeholders
- Colocando máximo foco en la satisfacción de las necesidades de los usuarios finales, pero sin perder de vista las necesidades y limitaciones expresadas por las áreas de Negocio y Tecnología
Requirements
- Experiencia en métodos de investigación cualitativa y cuantitativa
- Conocimiento en design thinking y lean UX
- Conocimiento en principios y heurísticas de usabilidad
- Habilidad para crear personas, user journeys, y mapas de experiencia basados en la investigación del usuario
- Enfoque en resolver problemas reales del usuario y mejorar la satisfacción del usuario final
- Experiencia en la creación de prototipos de baja y alta fidelidad para iterar rápidamente sobre ideas de diseño
- Experiencia en la creación de wireframes, diagramas de flujo y mapas de sitio
- Habilidad para analizar métricas de UX y comportamiento del usuario para identificar áreas de mejora
