The Product Designer will own design deliverables for complex projects, develop UI/UX solutions, conduct user research, and iterate based on feedback. They will also mentor junior designers and ensure the delivery of high-quality design work.
Responsibilities
- Participates in sprints, creates wireframes, visual designs, and prototypes, and collaborates with the team to follow best practices
- Develops UI/UX solutions, conducts user research, iterates based on feedback, and mentors junior designers
- Delivers âcase-study worthyâ experiences
- Elicits and communicates business value, anticipates risks, improves team processes, and coaches other designers
- Leads design engagements end-to-end
- Facilitates workshops, resolves complex design challenges, ensures quality deliverables, and drives innovation across projects
- Oversees multiple design engagements
- Ensures consistent quality, guides teams, identifies training opportunities, and supports portfolio-level design delivery
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree or equivalent experience in product design, UX/UI, human-centered design, or a related field
- Experience in Agile or software delivery environments preferred
- Proficiency in UX/UI design principles, visual design, interaction design, and prototyping tools
- User-Centered Thinking: Ability to translate business goals and user needs into intuitive, functional, and visually compelling designs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for working with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders
- Process & Organization: Comfortable managing multiple projects, iterations, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Technology Awareness: Familiarity with front-end frameworks or design handoff to engineering teams is a plus
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
