Machinify is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their growing team, focusing on the development of world-class user experiences for healthcare decisions. The role will be part of a cross-functional team and will leverage design thinking methodologies to address complex challenges.
Responsibilities
- Leverage design thinking methodologies to address complex challenges and develop innovative solutions
- Conduct, analyze, and apply UX research and data insights to deeply understand user needs and behaviors
- Collaborate with domain experts, product managers, and engineers to brainstorm and develop creative solutions to meet user needs
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new features and improvements
- Develop comprehensive design specifications and documentation to guide development and ensure proper implementation of designs
Requirements
- Over 6 years of UX/UI experience working in fast-paced environments
- Advanced proficiency with Figma
- Deep understanding of UX principles, design thinking, interaction design, and usability best practices
- Experience with a variety of UX deliverables (wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, etc.)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
