The role involves improving the efficiency, consistency, and quality of design work within the team. This includes maintaining the Design System and ensuring effective handoffs between UX and Technology.
Responsibilities
- Detect operational needs and opportunities for improvement in design team processes, tools, and dynamics
- Design, implement, and test practices, frameworks, or tools to improve efficiency and collaboration between disciplines
- Maintain and evolve the Design System, guides, and libraries to ensure visual, functional, and experiential consistency across all products
Requirements
- Three years or more of experience in digital design or product teams in the context of Design System/Design Operation
- Knowledge of collaborative design tools (Figma, FigJam, Notion, Confluence, Jira, Miro, etc.)
