We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead and mentor a team of designers, drive user experience strategies, and create scalable design systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead & Mentor: Mentor, and inspire a team of Graphic Designers, UI/UX Designers, and Video/Motion Designers, fostering creativity, innovation, and high performance
- Hands-On Design: Actively contribute to visualization, graphics, UI, and UX for websites, mobile, and interactive projects
- UX Strategy: Drive user experience strategies, including wireframing, prototyping, and information architecture, ensuring every design is functional, intuitive, and user-centric
- Design Systems & Frameworks: Create, maintain, and evolve scalable design systems and UI frameworks to ensure visual consistency across products
- Client Engagement: Collaborate directly with clients, lead design discussions, present solutions, and advise on best practices backed by research and competitive analysis
- Creative Direction: Define and maintain the overall visual and interaction language for projects, ensuring brand alignment and aesthetic quality
- Project Delivery: Oversee and contribute to the end-to-end design lifecycle, from concept through execution, testing, and final delivery
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with UX researchers, developers, marketers, and brand teams to ensure seamless integration of visuals and functionality
- Motion & Video Oversight: Direct motion graphics and video projects to align with brand and design objectives
- Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards for usability, accessibility, and design impact
Requirements
- Proven experience in a UI/UX at a digital agency or creative studio
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in visual/UI/UX design, design systems, and creative direction
- Hands-on proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), and related design tools
- Solid understanding of design frameworks, responsive layouts, and component-based design
- Strong communication skills to present concepts clearly, lead client conversations, and provide constructive team feedback
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality
