Email Graphic Designer

Lilo Social is seeking an Email & SMS Graphic Designer to create visually compelling and effective email and SMS deliverables for their diverse clientele. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape and be a master of responsive design.

Responsibilities

• Design High-Converting Email Assets: Lead the design and creation of visually stunning and effective email templates and campaign assets directly optimized for conversion and aligned with client messaging.
• Klaviyo & Retention Deliverables: Design, manage, and deliver a full spectrum of retention-focused assets, including Klaviyo flow/campaign emails and SMS graphics, ensuring technical integrity and strategic alignment.
• Mobile-First Responsiveness: Ensure all email designs are impeccably mobile-responsive and compatible across various email clients and devices, prioritizing optimal user experience (UX).
• Creative & Strategic Collaboration: Partner closely with the Project and Retention Strategy teams to translate campaign goals, audience insights, and strategic guidelines into effective visual designs.
• Uphold Brand & Agency Standards: Rigorously adhere to and enforce client brand guidelines, taking ownership of the design feedback loop to maintain a consistent, high-quality look and feel across all client communications.

Requirements

• Klaviyo Experience: Direct, hands-on professional experience designing and developing assets specifically within the Klaviyo platform for e-commerce brands.
• Expert in Email Marketing Design: Deep understanding and proficiency in designing responsive email templates and campaign graphics.
• Technical Proficiency: Mastery of design tools, specifically Figma and Photoshop, for creating and iterating on digital assets.
• DTC / Agency Experience: Previous experience working with e-commerce or direct-to-consumer brands, ideally within a fast-paced digital agency environment.
• Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to be a strategic thinker who can challenge conventional design while rigorously upholding email marketing best practices and deliverability standards.
• Impeccable Attention to Detail: An exceptional eye for ensuring pixel-perfect accuracy, consistency, and alignment with visual and technical design specifications.
