The Lead Product Designer will collaborate with executives to understand company needs and gather data for analysis. They will also work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications and continuously seek to improve user experience.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Executives and Leaders: Engage with high-level executives to understand company needs and strategic priorities
- Data Collection, Analysis, and Research: Gather and analyze business data to identify areas for improvement
- Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Collect and refine requirements from stakeholders
- Presentations and Recommendations: Present findings and recommendations to senior managers and executives
- Implementation Support: Provide guidance and training to help implement recommended changes
Requirements
- Extensive experience working with product teams as a Lead Product Designer on B2C products
- Using both product metrics and UX metrics to shape your decisions
- Provision of high-quality Design and Technical documentation
- Experience working with Tokenized Design systems
- Being familiar with User Research Methods
