The Senior UX Designer I leads design strategy and advocates for user needs while collaborating with cross-functional teams. They create processes to discover customer needs and ensure user-centered outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Understands customer use cases and advocates for user needs
- Aligns and inspires cross-functional teams around customer goals
- Creates processes to discover customer needs and design options
- Coaches teams to ensure user-centered outcomes
- Engages customers in product innovation that delivers value and growth
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Based in Mexico City with availability for onsite work 2–4 days per week
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 6–8 years of experience in UX design
- Strong knowledge of relevant technologies and design tools (e.g., Azure, Storybook, Figma)
