As a Principal UX Designer, you will set the UX vision and influence the strategic product roadmap while developing prototypes for new AI services. You will lead the design of end-to-end product experiences and collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Set UX vision and influence the strategic product roadmap
- Develop working prototypes to learn and fail fast
- Facilitate work sessions with executive leaders
- Own the design of end-to-end product experiences and features
- Lead design through all phases of the product development lifecycle, from discovery to launch
- Champion human-centered design culture
- Drive creative process and collaboration with cross-functional partners to propose new ideas and strategies
Requirements
- 12+ years of design experience
- Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or 12 years of equivalent professional experience
- Available online portfolio demonstrating relevant work
- Experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma and prototyping in HTML, JavaScript, CSS
- Proficiency with current web and accessibility standards
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills
