Senior Product Designer- (7 month contract) Digital Experience Uplift team

Lead end-to-end UX and product design processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fan delight. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to maintain design quality and consistency.
Responsibilities
- UX & Product Design: Lead end-to-end UX and product design processes
- Translate business and user needs into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Apply product thinking to ensure designs solve real problems, align with commercial outcomes, and integrate seamlessly with digital platforms
- Ensure accessibility, inclusivity, and compliance with best practice UX standards
- Conduct and apply insights from usability testing, research, and analytics to refine solutions
Requirements
- 7+ years’ experience in UX/Product Design roles
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality product design work across web and mobile
- Experience working in fast-paced, agile, cross-functional environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
Key Skills
- Strong understanding of digital commerce and customer experience in consumer-facing organisations
- Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
- Experience guiding or quality-assuring agency deliverables
- Awareness of compliance standards (GDPR, CCPA, Australian Privacy Act)
