Product Designer

The Product Designer will lead the end-to-end design process for product features and enhancements, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. They will translate research and data insights into design decisions that balance user value and business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for product features and enhancements
- Collaborate with product managers to define problem spaces and inform prioritization
- Translate research and data insights into design decisions
- Craft thoughtful, intuitive UI with strong attention to interaction, hierarchy, accessibility, and responsiveness
- Partner with engineering to ensure designs are built to spec
Requirements
- 3+ years of product design experience
- Proven ability to independently manage and deliver on moderately complex design projects
- Skilled in collaborating with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams
- Strong grasp of visual hierarchy, layout, information architecture, and accessibility best practices
