As a Staff Product Designer, you will lead the design vision and execution for systems that support clinical excellence and provider feedback. You will design solutions that balance complex regulatory requirements with a positive provider experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design vision and execution for clinical review infrastructure, provider feedback systems, and coding accuracy tools
- Translate dense regulatory requirements and clinical standards into intuitive experiences
- Design for multiple audiences: internal operations teams, providers receiving feedback, and payers evaluating the network
- Establish and maintain a high bar for visual and interaction design
Requirements
- 8+ years as a product designer
- Experience designing for operational tools, regulated workflows, or multi-sided platforms
- Strong craft and visual design skills
- Ability to balance competing constraints and thrive in complexity and ambiguity
