The Product Designer will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across a broad portfolio of brands. This includes performing user research, creating UX briefs, and collaborating with various teams to build scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Deeply understanding Quantum business and the commercial and operational levers that allow it to be successful
- Performing user research to get insight into our existing and potential customers through surveys, interviews and quantitative research methods
- Working with Product teams on creation of UX briefs, Personas and documenting current user journeys
- Creating proposed sitemaps/information architecture and map new user journeys that meet the UX brief
- Creating wireframes and prototypes, helping validate the proposed solutions through internal and external feedback and working iteratively to improve them
- Working collaboratively with the creative team to build the emotive UI layer and ensure consistency of experience
- Building consistent UX/UI patterns into our multi-brand design system
- Providing outstanding communications throughout Quantum on your roadmap, priorities and progress
Requirements
- Experience of iGaming, SEO/Publishing, Affiliate marketing a bonus but not essential
- Focussed on outcomes over output
- Comfortable taking ownership & accountability for deliverables
- Possess a winning mentality and strive to make Quantum succeed
- Build reusable processes to allow us to scale our business effectively
- You have a Test, Learn and Optimise mindset
- Data led and use it in your processes and decision making
- You thrive when working as part of a team
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
