As a Senior Product Designer for Identity, you will craft end-to-end user experiences and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define a 7-star experience for customers. You will advocate for usability and accessibility while ensuring a seamless experience across Perk’s Travel and Spend products.
Responsibilities
- Design for Impact: craft end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile
- Bring Insights to Life: turn data, customer feedback, and market research into design solutions
- Shape the Vision: partner with PMs and Engineers to define clear problem statements and design strategies
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience at a fast-growing tech company
- Experience with Expense Management, FinTech, or SaaS products is a strong plus
- A sharp eye for UX and ability to design simple and scalable solutions
Key Skills
- Systems thinking and design system experience
- Cross-Functional mindset and ability to work with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders
- Storytelling skills and ability to communicate design decisions effectively
