Assist the product team in creating and developing new products, and design graphic elements for marketing and communication projects. Participate in user research and design new features that meet user needs.
Responsibilities
- Participate in research and conception of new features
- Lead interviews and workshops with users to understand their expectations
- Design user journeys, prototypes, and experiences that meet user needs
- Benchmark and challenge existing interfaces
- Design graphic elements for marketing and communication projects
- Contribute to the Design System and its evolution
Requirements
- Strong listening and empathy skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of design software such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and After Effects
- Creativity and innovation
- Ability to work in a team
