Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) (all genders)

We are looking for a Senior Designer to join our team, responsible for turning complex energy optimization logic into a product that EMS partners and facility managers enjoy using.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end EMS experience: Define how our entire Energy Management System is experienced by integration partners and on-site users
• Design the full journey – from setup and configuration to monitoring, optimization insights, and operational decision-making – to make a complex system feel intuitive, trustworthy, and actionable
• Pragmatic UX Research: Conduct targeted user interviews and apply “smart intuition” to validate flows without getting bogged down in academic research cycles
• Strategic UX Design: Define the UX roadmap alongside the CTO and CEO, deciding what we build, how it works, and how users interact with it
• High-Fidelity UI: Design polished, production-ready interfaces in Figma that make complex data visualizations (energy flows, battery states) easy to scan
• Brand Stewardship: Develop and continuously refine our visual identity

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in designing complex B2B SaaS or technical products
• Expert in Figma (auto-layout, components, prototyping)
• Strong intuition for when to test and when to “ship and learn”
• Comfortable working with ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment
