Member of Product Design, Digital Assets

Anchorage Digital is seeking a Product Designer to develop complex enterprise products and solutions for institutional users in the digital finance space. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX design, product development, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the products and problems to create new patterns that meld traditional financial workflows with the world of crypto
• Design solutions to questions with no precedent for institutional users
• Work with cross-functional teams to shape the future of finance and redefine how institutions interact with digital assets
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to develop strategy and rationale for product features
• Lead large, strategic, and complex projects or processes

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in designing world-class complex enterprise products
• Knowledge of financial and crypto products
• Ability to define strategy, solve complex challenges, and take ownership of the design process
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
